A) Body Housing
⁇ 1, 2 and 3 prototypes, with a power axial diameter between ⁇ 18 and ⁇ 28, and ADC-12, aluminum alloy material, are used for speed reduction.

⁇ 4, 5 and 6, with a power axis in the range of 32-50 ⁇ and a speed reduction machine in the form of cast iron FC-20.

B) Paragraph 1/2/3 gear 1ST, 2ND&3RD Stage gear
The gears are processed with a fine roller, and the gears are processed with a 2-3 level of precision.
Gear machining by precision hobbing machine ,gear precision level between grade2-3.
The gear weight is S45C, modified to HRC210 and processed at high choreography to HRC45 ~48°.
Gear with S45C material. By normalize & induction hardened heat treatment to hardness HRC 45°~48°.
C) 2/3 leg 2ND & 3RD Stage pinion
Gears are processed with SKIVING through precise roller gears with levels of 1-2.
Gear pinion machining by skiving cutting pinion precision level between grade 1-2.
The axle mass is SCM21, modified to HRC210 and treated with carbon seepage to HRC58 ~61°.
Pinion with SCM21materal. By normalize & carbonize hardened heat treatmeni to hardness HRC 58 °~61°.
(D) Motor Gear Motor shaft
The ⁇ motors are processed through SKIVING 's fine roller, and the axle is 1-2.
Motor shaft gear pinion machining by skiving cutting, pinion precision level between prade 1-2.
The cylindrical material is SCM4, modified to HRC210 and processed at high choreography to HRC50-53°.
Pinion with SCM4 SCM4 materlal. By normalize & Induction hardened heat treatment to hardness HAC 50°-53°.
E) Axis Bearing
Some of the Motors use Swedish SKF or equivalent precision bearings to ensure long-term operational life.

F) Bundles oil seal
The Motor axis is dominated by high-temperature Viton oil seals, which ensure that lubrication is prevented from returning to the inside of the motor.

G) Wirebox Terminal box
Aluminium alloy is used for the exclusive use of the IP-55-aluminium shaker box, which is both waterproof and dustproof.
Terminal box with aluminum alloy material. Special design for IP-55 level and totally avoid water and dust intocasing.
H) Three-phase/singular motors Three / single phase motor housing
⁇ 3-mada: Aluminium shell with an IP-55-aluminium shaker box with a better waterproofness and dustproofness, dispersible heat and efficient operation.
Three phase motor with totally enclosed fan cooled type, ip-55 aluminum terminal box totally avold water and dust

I) Post-Motor cap Rear motor cover
Waterproof motor covers can be used to place oil seals at axes, preventing dust and external water and gas from flowing into the motor.
