It accounts for one quarter of the value of industry in the city, and the pumping industry has become the first pillar of the city.

Reason 2 (industry background):
In recent years, through initiatives such as the creation of modern industrial clusters, the promotion of business listings, the encouragement of self-innovation, and the acceleration of the construction of development platforms, the temperate pump industry has grown rapidly and brand benefits have gradually become visible, creating a more concentrated specialty cluster, which is one of the first 21 block economies in Zhejiang province to upgrade to a modern industrial cluster.

Reason 3 (visibility for the event):
The holding of the event will provide a dynamic opportunity for the modernization of the economy in Taiwan.

Reason 4 (situation at the previous session):
In 2011, more than 3,000 water-pump-related companies in the temperate pumping industry, and more than 80,000 workers, together with the electric power industry, created 38 billion yuan in industrial production, achieving a profit tax of 2.85 billion yuan, an increase of 19.2 per cent over the same period, and 70 per cent of the domestic market.
