A) Ontology Housing

※ No.1, No.2 and No.3 main body, the output shaft diameter is between Φ18-Φ28, and the reducer body is made of aluminum alloy ADC-12.

   Alumin housing for output shaft diameter between Φ18-Φ28.Housing material:ADC-12 aluminum alloy.

※ On the 4th, 5th and 6th bodies, the output shaft diameter is between Φ32-Φ50, and the reducer body is made of cast iron material FC-20.

   Cast iron housing for output shaft diameter between Φ18-Φ28.Housing material:FC-20 cast iron.

B) 1/2/3 segment gear 1ST, 2ND&3RD Stage gear1/2/31ST，2ND和3RD Stage 

※The gears are processed by precision hobbing, and the gear machining accuracy grade is 2-3.

   Gear machining by precision hobbing machine ,gear precision level between grade2-3.

※The gear material is S45C, and it is tempered to HRC210 and then heat treated by high frequency to HRC45°~48°.

   Gear with S45C material . By normalize & induction hardened heat treatment to hardness HRC 45°~48°.

C) Two/three-stage pinion 2ND& 3RD Stage pinion两级/三级小齿轮2ND和3RD级小齿轮

※The accuracy of the gear shaft after SKIVING precision hobbing processing is 1-2.

   Gear pinion machining by skiving cutting pinion precision level between grade 1-2.

※The material of the pinion is SCM21, and it is tempered to HRC210 and then heat treated by carburizing to HRC58 °~61°.

   Pinion with SCM21materal. By normalize & carbonize hardened heat treatmeni to hardness HRC 58 °~61°.

D) Motor pinion Motor shaft

※The motor gear shaft is machined by SKIVING precision hobbing. The accuracy of the gear shaft is 1-2.

   Motor shaft gear pinion machining by skiving cutting, pinion precision level between prade 1-2.

※Material is SCM4, tempered to HRC210 and then heat treated to high temperature to HRC50°-53°.

   Pinion with SCM4 SCM4 materlal. By normalize & Induction hardened heat treatment to hardness HAC 50°-53°.

E) Bearing

※Motor parts are made of Swedish SKF or similar precision bearings to ensure long-term operating life.

   All motor shaft assembly with sweden made "SKF" bearing or equivalent porecision bearing. In order to ensure long

F) oil seal oil seal

※The motor shaft is mainly equipped with a high temperature VITON oil seal to ensure the lubrication is prevented from being inside the motor.

   Motor shaft side with "VITON " material oil seal. it can“VITON”

G) junction box Terminal box 

※It is used for aluminum alloy special IP-55 aluminum wire box, which is waterproof and dustproof.

   Terminal box with aluminum alloy material. Special design for IP-55 level and totally avoid water and dust intocasing. 

H) Three-phase / single-phase motor body Three/ single phase motor housing

※Three-phase motor: It adopts standard full-sealed special aluminum shell motor with IP-55 aluminum rocker box, which has better waterproofness and dustproofness, easy to dissipate heat and high operating efficiency.

   Three phase motor with totally enclosed fan cooled type, ip-55 aluminum terminal box totally avold water and dust

※Single-phase motor: It adopts standard semi-tight type iron shell motor with iron junction box, which is easy to dissipate heat and has high operation rate. (The company can also provide full-tight iron shell motor and aluminum alloy single-phase motor.

   Single phase motor with semi-enclosed fan cooled steel plate type, hign-efficiency running.(AI so available for totally enclose steel plate housing & aluminum type housing)

I) Motor rear cover Rear motor cover 

※ Waterproof motor rear cover can be used, and an oil seal can be placed at the shaft to prevent dust and external water from entering the motor.
